The main dishes are 8 types of pasta, 6 of which are on the regular menu and 2 of which change monthly.We select from three types of noodles the perfect combination to go with our homemade sauce.Classic dishes include the spicy Arrabiata and rich carbonara made with two types of cheese.We also have original seasonal dishes, such as fluffy mousse pasta made with espuma.
